"Nobody made a greater mistake than he who did nothing because he could only do a little."
-– Edmund Burke --
Remember this. It's important. It can change your very being, as a sufferer of ME/CFS/PVFS or FM, where the scope of what we can do is drastically minimised.
Apply it to working from home.
Apply it to writing that little letter to your MP, asking him to help our cause.
Apply it to how weak we feel everyday and when we feel like giving up.
The little energy we have, the little actions we can do, are even more precious because our illness has put them under the microscope.
Being more aware of how every second of our precious time and energy is spent, can make us more appreciative of the moment, and more productive. We can be more clever with our time management and make every second count. Whether that be relaxing and breathing in the moment, to doing a proactive activity to help you gain financial freedom. Whether that be helping (in your own little way) those proactive ME/CFS activists in their quest to raise awareness for our illness - on our behalf...
Every little helps. Instead of the cup half empty - think of that cup half full.
