2005-06-26 reverse therapy - keeping an open mind I'm a firm believer of coincidences - or rather, events that all seem to happen at the same time, having a specific meaning. And until a few days ago, I'd heard of reverse therapy via a couple of Sleepydust Forum users, but didn't give it much more thought because not much else could be said about it (you apparently have to keep what it entails to yourself while you're doing it). As I wrote in my diary, more recently, I went to see my nutritionist/kinesiologist. In my meeting with her, she told me that she was going to have a meeting with a reverse therapist, who was going to tell her all about the therapy. My initial reaction was one of scepticism. But since then, I have become much more open minded. I still am sceptical to a point - but now it's a more 'healthy' scepticism. This is partly because a few days ago, a wonderfully enthusiastic reverse therapist by the name of Caroline, approached me, and asked me if I'd like to know more about reverse therapy for sleepydust. She had apparently been referred to me by my nutritionist, who is also a firm supporter of sleepydust. She quoted some stats, and gave me some info, told me she'd send more, and that I could phone her to discuss it more if I wanted to. I became more interested in reverse therapy after learning more about it and am looking forward to reading the material she will be sending me. And then two days later, a sleepydust emagazine subscriber and forum user emailed me a lovely long email about her experiences so far about reverse therapy! A sign, I wonder? Definitely for me, I think it's a reminder to remain open minded and to pay close attention, whatever the resulting conclusion might be! Needless to say, that a section on reverse therapy will be written once I've learned about it myself. Phew - all these sections to write and so little time and energy lol I try to encourage people to write reviews of their own, because most of the time, it's just me who reviews things! So having other people contribute is always nice! So if you've tried reverse therapy, please do let me know about your experiences here!
