another visit to the nutritionist

I visited my nutritionist/kinesiologist yesterday.

It's wiped me out and I feel pretty awful now. A trip to visit her always does because I hardly ever go out. But it was an interesting trip and as always, I learned alot.

She did some more kinesiology tests on me to see if my previous 'layer' had been cured and what to treat next. She gave me some stuff for dealing with the next few 'layers' of the PVFS too - I must remember to post my new treatment on here at some point. A bit scatty at the moment (when am I not?).

I do feel better in some ways and less better in others. For example, I hardly ever get colds anymore (I used to have one every other day).

But now I manage to go out even less than before - hardly ever in fact. If I do, I don't really enjoy myself because my symptoms become so overbearing. When I walk, I seem to manage only a few paces before my symptoms become overwhelming, whereas before I managed a little more - and my short term memory has gone to pieces.

Apparently as you get treated and those treated 'layers' disappear, other layers come to the surface so it's not a surprise to me in that respect. But the fact that I can manage even less when it comes to walking, does take some getting used to.

I am hoping that as each 'layer' gets treated, these symptoms will disappear, just like the colds did. Eventually.

Long live the days when I can take a nice walk in the park and be well.
